A new little piece of the wild, painted every month and delivered to your door.
Once a month, something rather special is coming through the post.
A new piece of wildlife or nature art, hand-painted especially for Art & Wild, transformed into a beautiful little collection of paper treasures for you to open, enjoy and keep.
Every month begins with a completely new original watercolour created in my studio.
A new subject.
A new painting.
A new little piece of the wild.
Art & Wild will be £14.95 per month, including UK delivery.
No payment today. Join the early list and you'll be among the first to know when Art & Wild opens.
Imagine finding this in your letterbox...
Among the bills, brown envelopes and ordinary post, there's something rather different waiting for you.
A beautiful envelope. A glint of gold from the Raven Foster Art wax seal.
And inside, a new piece of the natural world that began just a few weeks earlier as a blank sheet of watercolour paper in my studio.
Perhaps it's a fox.
A raven among autumn berries.
A poppy opening its scarlet petals.
A barn owl sweeping through a moonlit sky.
You won't know exactly what is coming next.
And that's part of the magic.
Inside you'll discover the month's artwork as a beautiful greeting card, a collectible art postcard, and an Art & Wild letter sharing more about the painting, its creation and the inspiration behind it.
Something to open.
Something to read.
Something to keep.
And something beautiful to send to somebody else, if you can bear to part with it.
Then, next month, we begin all over again with a completely new painting.
Every Art & Wild begins with an original painting
There is something important about Art & Wild that I want you to know.
The artwork isn't selected from an existing catalogue.
Each month, I will sit down in my studio and create a new original wildlife or nature watercolour specifically for Art & Wild.
It might be a woodland creature, a bird, a wildflower, something growing quietly beneath the trees, or something altogether unexpected.
That original painting becomes the heart of the month's collection.
It is then professionally reproduced so that the artwork I created at my painting table can make its way through letterboxes and into homes.
Month by month, Art & Wild will become a growing collection of paintings that we discover together.
Inside your Art & Wild
A beautiful art greeting card
The month's original painting will be professionally reproduced as an A6 greeting card, left blank inside for your own message and accompanied by a beautiful forest-green envelope.
Send it to somebody you love.
Frame it.
Pop it somewhere that needs a little colour.
Or quietly decide it's far too lovely to give away.
A collectible art postcard
You'll also receive the month's artwork as an A6 collectible art postcard, created especially for your growing Art & Wild collection.
One becomes two.
Then three.
And gradually, you'll build your own little collection of Raven Foster Art, one painting at a time.
A letter from the studio
Alongside your artwork will be an Art & Wild letter.
A little more of the story behind that month's painting, its inspiration and the world from which it came.
A chance to spend a few moments with the artwork rather than simply glance at it and move on.
Beautifully wrapped and sent to you
Everything will be gathered inside a beautiful presentation envelope and finished with the Raven Foster Art gold wax seal, before being protected inside a rigid mailer for its journey through the post.
Because opening Art & Wild should feel like receiving something special before you've even discovered what's inside.
£14.95 per month, including UK delivery.
This isn't a print subscription
Art & Wild is something a little different.
I don't want to simply choose an existing painting each month, reproduce it and send it out.
I want each edition to begin with the act of making something new.
Twelve months could mean twelve new paintings.
Twelve encounters with the natural world.
Twelve envelopes arriving through the letterbox.
And twelve little markers of the changing year.
Some paintings may be delicate and botanical.
Some may have feathers, fur or wings.
Some may feel quiet.
Others might arrive with rather more personality.
But every one will have been painted by me, especially for Art & Wild.
A little collection that grows with you
There is something lovely about objects that accumulate meaning over time.
The first Art & Wild postcard will be one small piece of art.
Then another arrives.
And another.
Eventually, those individual pieces become a collection.
Your greeting cards might travel onwards to friends and family. Your postcards might live together, be framed, pinned above a desk or tucked somewhere safe. Your letters will carry the stories of the paintings that accompanied them.
After a year, you won't simply have received twelve pieces of post.
You'll have followed the creation of a whole year of Art & Wild.
Made for people who still love beautiful things on paper
Art & Wild is for people who love wildlife, art, beautiful stationery, collecting lovely things and the peculiar pleasure of receiving something through the letterbox that isn't asking you to pay the electricity bill.
It's deliberately physical.
Something you can hold.
Something you can display.
Something you can send.
Something you can treasure.
In a world where so much disappears with the swipe of a thumb, Art & Wild is a small monthly reason to stop for a moment and enjoy something that was made to exist in the real world.
